La Vall Associats offers the possibility to purchase various services through the website www.lavallassociats.com.

By contracting through the website, you accept the general terms and conditions set out below, as well as the privacy policy, both of which are valid at the time of the reservation.

Reservation process

To contract a service, you must access the url www.lavallassociats.com/onlinepayment which will be provided by the company itself via email or Whatsapp. Once on this page, the client must enter a reference number that will be provided by La Vall Associats staff.

After correctly entering the reference number, all the information about the service to be contracted will automatically appear.

Finally, the client must complete the payment details and proceed to the payment gateway.

Payment method

Payment is made to La Vall Associats by bank card through Crèdit Andorrà. The payment will correspond to the total amount or a partial amount (depending on the contracted service). Any costs related to payments made outside the country of issue of the bank card, as well as other bank fees, shall be borne by the client.
During the payment process, all banking information will be fully encrypted and protected by secure encryption technology.

Contract of La Vall Associats

The service contract becomes effective once the agreed payment has been made and the client has received a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels after La Vall Associats staff has completed the necessary procedures to provide the contracted service, the client will forfeit the amount paid via the website.

If the client cancels before any processing of the contracted services has begun, La Vall Associats will refund the full amount paid by the client within a maximum of 10 days from the cancellation notification.

If the cancellation by the Client occurs without the processing of the contracted services having begun, La Vall Associats, within a maximum period of 10 days from the notification of the cancellation, will refund the money advanced by the Client.

In the event of a refund of the money, a deposit will be made into the account associated with the card with which the payment was made.
